The idea of keeping a "Gratitude Journal" is nothing new. Typically it's the act of writing down 5 things that you are grateful for in a journal each day. By focusing on good and positive things each day, by counting your blessings, the energy in your life changes for the better. I've done it before, it does work. So I've decided to take that idea and include it as a part of my blog. Just one thing that I'm grateful for each day. Some days it will be my regular blog post with a Note of Gratitude at the end. Some days it will just be my note.
My hope is that it will get me looking for the good in each day again....and that it will get me back into the routine of blogging everyday. I'm excited about it!
